Our son does the same thing! He'll just toss his head back and forth in his crib while he's sleeping and it rubs all his hair off. Since Tesh's hair is so dark, we're giving him buzz cuts every couple of weeks to hide it. He's 5.5 months old now, so you might be seeing that for a while yet.
