So Friday, while working at Mistletoe Market, I saw a pony:
Not just any ole' pony... this one moves like you are riding it when you start to scoot. It is the coolest thing ever and when Jude saw it, he went NUTS! I immediately texted my husband and asked if we could get this for Jude for Christmas. Of course, he said yes. I asked the salesman what age group this is really for, and he said 2 years +. But hey, as I have mentioned before, little dude is big for his age (remember his 6'5" birth father??) and he will get a lot of years out of it.
So as we were leaving Market, I turned to 2 of my girlfriends and this is how the conversation went:
ME: "Listen... you know how I feel about spoiled brats, so I think I will be able to identify it if Jude starts acting like that and will quickly put an end to it... BUT if for ANY reason, I do not see it (which I think is so unlikely - you know how I am almost militant about children and manners) I need you guys to call me out... I PROMISE I won't get mad."
MY FRIEND: "Amy, we need to talk.... you just bought a $200 pony for your 6 month old..."
HA!!!! We both started cracking up! Here is my defense.... Jude didn't ASK for this pony, nor did he throw a little fit about it. GUARANTEED if he would of, there would be no pony... and a little spankin'! :)
I loved all the Pictures and LOL on Jude not being spoiled and I agree there is a difference in spoiled and a spoiled brat. Jude is just perfect and with a perfect family.
