Day Two Hundred and Four: Shalom! Mazel! L'Chaim!

Today was a very special day for our friend Esther. She had her Simchat Bat (or in English, her baby naming ceremony). People of the Jewish faith do this for their daughters to welcome them to their faith. (Comparable to a Christening in the Christian faith) It was a lovely ceremony and Jude did well. We brought a bottle to feed him, and he was excellent until he needed to burp... Whoops... Leave it to my son to burp RIGHT as the Temple got quiet. He acted like he was so proud of himself afterwards, smiling and flirting with the people behind us; everyone thought it was cute. Afterwards they had a brunch with an omelet bar, desserts, mimosas, and everything else you could ask for catered by Deep Fork. Delish!

So, Mazel Tov Esther ~ or in Hebrew Hadassah!
