Remember When You Had to Take Naps?

Whoo! What another jam packed weekend! We had so much fun hanging out with friends this weekend! The only thing missing with our friends is our child! I know so many people are wanting this so badly for us, that when our baby (or babies) come, it will be UBER spoiled! We just got back from hanging out with Jeff, Hilary, & Mason and Brian, Jamie & Sydney. Sydney is so precious. She is 8 weeks old and sleeps through the night. They are lucky!! I held her for a long time tonight and she sleeps with her mouth open, which causes her to snore. It was HILARIOUS! We also got to see Mason's music recital where, in true Mason fashion, he danced like a rock star. It was pretty cute.
Tomorrow is going to be the longest day ever for me! We have our first doctors appointment at 7:30am, then I work until to 5:30pm and have Junior League duties from 6-9pm! Do you remember when you had to take naps and did not want to? Oh! I wish I could nap now! Our doctor will be able to tell me how far along I am in the process of creating eggs. We will see if the dates that we are planning are on spot. I hope we are on for the time we are expecting, I am ready to get this show on the road!
My dad will be coming into town this week and will stay with us through the weekend. I feel bad because apparently harvest is late this year and my husband's family will be cutting wheat this weekend. We will not be able to help them. I actually enjoy harvest. It is peaceful... well for me... I drove the combine one time and it is too hard. Then I drove the wheat truck, and that was difficult because there are so many gears! I like to keep everyone hydrated and bring lunch. That was going to be my job this year. Yeah, I know what you are thinking... I am replaceable! Have a great week! ~Amy
